Admissions FAQ

Is admission really guaranteed?

Yes. Through direct partnerships with 20+ private universities in Istanbul we guarantee admission for qualifying students who meet the minimum GPA for their program. If we cannot secure a suitable acceptance, we refund any service fees paid.

How long does it take to get the acceptance?

Typically 3 to 7 business days from the moment your file is complete. During peak season (July–September) this can extend to 10–14 days. Early admission (before March) gives you the best discounts and availability in competitive programs.

Do I need YÖS or SAT?

No. The private universities we represent accept students based on the high-school certificate alone, usually with a minimum 50% average for general programs, 70% for engineering, and 90%+ for Medicine, Dentistry and Pharmacy. YÖS is only required at state universities.

What language is instruction available in?

Most private universities offer fully English-medium programs; some offer Arabic-medium options (Sharia, Business, Media) or Turkish with a free preparatory year. If your English is below B2 you will enrol in a language prep year before starting the program.

Is the diploma recognized in my country?

Yes. All our partner universities' diplomas are YÖK-accredited and recognized in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Jordan, Egypt, Iraq, Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, Libya, Palestine, Yemen, plus Europe and the United States. Medicine and Engineering programs hold additional international accreditations such as WFME and ABET.

How much does your service cost?

University admission service is completely free for the student — we charge you nothing. We are officially licensed agents and the university pays our commission directly after your enrolment. The only fees you pay are the university's official tuition (with our discount) and a nominal certified translation cost (~USD 30–50).

Can I apply from outside Turkey?

Absolutely. The entire admission process runs remotely via WhatsApp and email: you receive your acceptance electronically, pay the first instalment from your home country, obtain a student visa from the Turkish embassy, then we welcome you in Istanbul for final enrolment and residency processing.
